Hi, I’m Susannah

Welcome to my corner of calm and healing. I’m a holistic practitioner specialising in Reiki, crystal healing, and sound baths, offering a range of energy therapies to nurture your wellbeing.

My sessions take place in The Yurt—a tranquil, womb-like space, designed to hold you and support relaxation and restoration. Whether you're drawn to the gentle flow of Reiki, the grounding energy of crystals, or the soothing vibrations of sound, I create a safe, nurturing environment tailored to your unique needs.

My journey into energy healing began after a period of personal transformation. Living with chronic pain led me to explore alternative approaches to wellness, sparking my passion for Reiki, crystal work, and sound healing. I’ve trained with Clarity of Sight and the Sound Healing Academy UK, blending these practices to offer holistic treatments that calm the mind, restore balance, and uplift the spirit.

Beyond my work in energy healing, I bring over 20 years of experience in therapeutic practice. My background includes an MA in Practice-Based Play Therapy, a Certificate in Counselling Skills, and extensive training in creative arts therapies. I work as a clinical supervisor and an accredited play and creative arts therapist. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of emotional and energetic healing, which I now incorporate into my holistic practice.

Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my dog across the fields, playing netball, or dreaming of my next African safari. My personal journey—including a profound connection to sound after losing hearing in one ear—has taught me the importance of finding peace, presence, and purpose in life's rhythms.

I’m fully insured, DBS-certified, and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
