WHAT IS SOUND THERAPY?
Sound healing therapy is a powerful experience that balances the mind, body, and spirit. It supports both physical and emotional well-being, leaving you feeling balanced and deeply relaxed.
Throughout history, sound has been used as a tool for healing and is woven into many spiritual traditions. Like many others, I am drawn to its profound potential for transformation, blending ancient wisdom, modern science, and music to harness the healing power of sound.
The vibrations of sound, both audible and inaudible to the human ear, are ever-present within the body and the world around us. The sound waves from healing instruments penetrate deep into our tissues, activating regeneration and repair mechanisms, improving blood circulation, and regulating muscle tension. Together, these processes induce a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling calm and refreshed.
Sound therapy works on a cellular level, using healing solfeggio frequencies to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and helps clear energetic blockages, supporting both physical and spiritual well-being.
It has been shown to slow heart rate, regulate breathing, and improve sleep quality. Sound healing can also aid recovery from anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and other conditions by shifting energy blockages and encouraging the body’s natural healing process.
One of the most common goals my clients seek is deep relaxation, as this is one of the most significant benefits of sound therapy. Many also describe sensations similar to a deep tissue massage due to the profound effects of sound vibrations on the body.

WHAT TO EXPECT
During a sound bath, participants often lie down in a comfortable position, though a seated option is equally suitable if preferred.
I provide mats and blankets to ensure you feel cosy, but you're welcome to bring additional bolsters, eye masks, or pillows. Sessions typically last an hour, beginning with a guided meditation that eases you into the sound therapy.
Every sound bath experience is unique. Some people drift into sleep due to deep relaxation, while others enter a state between wakefulness and dreaming, sometimes experiencing vivid visions. You may emerge feeling re-energised or with a profound sense of calm and renewal.
Sound baths offer a chance to pause, be fully present, and reconnect with your body. Simply relax and let the sound waves wash over you.
I can offer small group and 1-1 sessions if you require a more personal experience than my timetabled offerings.
