WHAT IS GUIDED MEDITATION?
Guided meditation is a gentle, supportive practice that helps you slow down, reconnect, and find stillness in both body and mind. Unlike silent meditation, where you sit alone with your thoughts, guided sessions offer a structured experience led by myself. I use my voice to guide you into a calm, meditative state. This might include breathwork, visualisations, body scans, or affirmations—each chosen to help quiet mental chatter and draw your awareness inward.
This approach can be especially helpful if you're new to meditation, or if you struggle to switch off or settle into silence on your own. Being gently led allows you to fully surrender into the moment without the pressure of “doing it right.” It creates space for deep rest, while offering a sense of grounding, presence, and emotional release. You’re held and supported throughout, so you can simply relax and receive.
Each session is unique, depending on what you’re needing that day. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, or more spacious in both body and mind. Whether the focus is on calm, clarity, healing, or intention-setting, guided meditation can offer a powerful reset—a chance to pause, breathe, and return to yourself with kindness and care.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin the session with a brief check-in to see how you’re feeling and if there’s anything in particular you’d like to focus on during the meditation. This helps me tailor the experience to best support your needs.
You’ll then find a comfortable position—either seated or lying down on a mat—with blankets and eye masks provided to help you settle into stillness.
I’ll gently guide you through the meditation, using breathwork, visualisation, and grounding techniques to help calm the nervous system and create space for deep relaxation and presence.
At the end, we’ll take a quiet moment to rest and integrate the practice, followed by optional time to reflect or ask questions if you wish.
Sessions are available as one-to-ones or in small groups (up to 10 people), and are also available for bespoke private hire.
