I offer one hour, in person reiki energy healing which can be received at The Yurt or in your home depending on your needs.
I can also offer a 30 minute distance healing session via video call.
Crystal Healing and Reiki
This is a 90 minute reiki energy healing session which includes the use of crystals and their vibrational frequency to help regain balance in the body and the mind.

WHAT IS REIKI HEALING?
Reiki is a Japanese practice for relaxation, stress reduction and also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means ‘God's Wisdom or the Higher Power’ and Ki which is ‘life force energy’. So Reiki literally translates as "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki healing is given by ‘laying on hands’ working with the concept that invisible ‘life force energy’ flows through the body and is intrinsic to being alive. If a person’s ‘life force energy’ is low, we are more prone to sickness or stress, and if it is high, we are more likely to feel happy and healthy.
Reiki energy healing is a natural holistic healing method that anyone can benefit from and has been effective in helping many illnesses and conditions. Reiki can also work well with other therapeutic techniques such as sound therapy to promote recovery and a feeling of wellness.
During the treatment, reiki flows through the whole person; mind, body, emotions and spirit and can promote a feeling of relaxation and peace with many feeling immediate results.
WHAT IS CRYSTAL REIKI HEALING?
Crystal reiki is a powerful combination of the natural properties of crystals with the universal energy of reiki to bring energetical balance and alignment to your mind and body. This energy healing treatment can be used to treat chakra imbalances, anxiety, stress and supports your holistic wellbeing.
Crystals have been used for many centuries in healing and protection and each has it’s own unique property and vibrational frequency. Crystals have more stable energy and therefore calms the more busy energy in the body.

Clear Quartz
Quartz is the most powerful healing and energy amplifier because of it’s unique helical spiral crystalline form. It absorbs, stores, releases and regulates energy, and unblocks energy. It is a master healer and can be used for any condition.
Rose Quartz
Stone of unconditional love and infinite peace. The most important crystal for the heart and the heart chakra. Purifies and opens the heart at all levels, brings deep inner healing and self love. It is calming reassuring and excellent for the use in trauma or crisis. Strengthens the physical heart, circulatory system and releases impurities. Amythyst

WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin your treatment with a discussion on how the healing can best assist you and if you’re working with anything in particular. If crystals are being used, we can also talk through which ones I feel will support you the most.
You will then recline, with the support of blankets and an eye mask if you wish, and once you are relaxed and comfortable the reiki treatment will begin. If being used, crystals will be placed on or surrounding the body.
I will work through the chakras and aura to encourage the property of the crystals to reflect their vibrational frequency to create balance and alignment.
After the treatment, there will be a moment of stillness and integration before we discuss any aftercare.
